EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Niceville Housing Authority of the City of Niceville, Florida is seeking an experienced housing professional for the position of Executive Director who will direct the operations of an agency with 111 units of Conventional Public Housing and answer to a five member Board of Commissioners.  Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Finance, Business Administration or a related field with experience in public housing work, financial planning, administrative management or a combination of education, training and experience equivalent to these requirements.  The successful candidate must be PHM certified or certifiable with one year of employment.  The salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.  The Authority offers excellent health and retirement benefits.  A detailed letter of interest including salary requirements, resume and references should be submitted no later than April 9, 2010 to:
