EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Housing Authority of the City of Opelika (OHA) located in Opelika, Alabama is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Executive Director.  OHA owns and administers 633 Section 8 Project Based Rental Assistant Program (PBRA) units under the Rental Assistant Demonstration Program (RAD) and 525 Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.  The Executive Director shall be required to plan, organize and direct a comprehensive program of multifamily housing administration and development, housing choice voucher program management, neighborhood revitalization and neighborhood development.  Oversee community, social, cultural and individual enrichment programs for residents.  Administer housing grants and related federal assistance programs.
