This website was designed specifically to serve it's members communication needs.  If this is your first time logging onto the system you will need a little information before you can continue.

If this is the first time anyone from your Organization has logged on...

The box to your Right includes three fields (Member Number, Username and Password).  The Member Number is your normal SERC-NAHRO member ID (i.e: P123456NC).  The username field will become your First-Last names (i.e. John-Smith) after your account has been setup.  The password is your unique identifier assigned to you either by your Contact's Administrator or the password you have previously defined.  Every SERC-NAHRO Agency has an Administrator who sets up the individuals for your Organization.  If this is the first time your Organization has logged in you will need to Log on using the "Admin" account to setup your Organization's members.  The first time you logon as the Admin you will be required to change the password on the Admin account and setup the user accounts for your Organization.  To logon using your Admin account you will use your Member Number, Admin as the Username and the Password is also your Member Number.

If your Organization has already logged on and setup the user accounts.

The box to your Right includes three fields (Member Number, Username and Password).  The Member Number is your normal SERC-NAHRO member ID (i.e: P123456NC).  The username field is your First-Last names (i.e. John-Smith), don't forget the - in your first-last names.  The Password field is a field that was determined by the person who first logged into the system and setup your account.  If your not sure  if your Account has been setup yet, put your Member Number in the Member Number Field and "Who" (without the quotes) in the Username Field.  Logging on with that information will show you who's accounts have been setup for your Member Number (and all the people you need to check with for your password).
