RFP# 8-28-2017: MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT CANTON HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMUNITIES, OAKSIDE, SHIPP AND JEFFERSON CIRCLE
CHA is seeking a qualified contractor to provide the following maintenance services at our three communities, Oakdale Drive, Shipp Street, and Jefferson Circle: as needed, install water heaters/HVAC, replace flooring, kitchen modernization, paint and replace ceilings, mold remediation. The property consists of 145 apartments as follows:
1 BEDROOM – UNITS – 41
2 BEDROOMS – UNITS – 45
3 BEDROOMS – UNITS – 52
4 BEDROOMS – UNITS – 7
