The Housing Authority of LaGrange, GA requests the following:
Due to several requests from Subcontractors, Fyffe Construction will conduct a walkthrough of at least one of each building type on Wednesday, March 21st at 9:00 a.m. local time. This WILL NOT be a mandatory walk through but will be open to any subcontractors and/or vendors that wish to attend.
Competitive Proposals will be received by Fyffe Construction Co., Inc (General Contractor) for the renovation of Lucy Morgan Phase I located at 613 Borton Street, LaGrange Ga until 5:00 pm EST, March 28, 2018 for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into this Renovation. Scope of Work will consist of renovation of the existing Lucy Morgan development.
Work Includes but not limited to:
Landscaping, site amenities, selected sidewalk replacement, window replacement, brick painting, interior door replacement, appliances, cabinets, flooring, painting, mechanical systems, plumbing fixtures and electrical fixture replacements.
Bids shall be e-mailed to Fyffe Construction Co. c/o quotes@fyffeconstruction.com by date and time specified above in which they will be privately opened. Further, any and all questions pertaining to scope of work and/or technical questions pertaining to the plans and specifications should be sent in writing to Jennifer Williams or Steve Brice to quotes@fyffeconstruction.com.
