RFP-Project Management Services for Emergency Grant Work at Western Heights
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from interested, qualified, experienced and capable suppliers who wish to perform project management services related to the emergency grant that KCDC received for moisture remediation work at its Western Heights property. The estimated entire project cost is $5,818,857 for 244 units of Western Heights’ total 440 units. The types of work that general contractors will perform include:
Exterior wall repairs
Interior wall repairs
Mold remediation
Sanitary sewer replacement
Water line replacement services
RFPs will be received until June 7, 2018 11:00 a.m. ET.
