The 2025 SERC-NAHRO Fall Workshop will be held November 2 to November 4, at the Hyatt Regency Greenville in Greenville, SC. Virtual participation will not be available.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION includes admission to all SERC-NAHRO sponsored conference events, including plenary and concurrent sessions; offered meals, breaks, some drinks, and receptions; and access to the YAPP conference app.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES:

MEMBER:  
Early Bird Rate: $550 – Register before 10/9/25
Late Rate: $650 – Register on and after 10/9/25

GUEST: 
A guest is a spouse/partner, not a co-worker or work colleague.
Early Bird Rate: $375 – Register before 10/9/25
Late Rate: $475– Register on and after 10/9/25

NON-MEMBER: 
Early Bird Rate: $600 – Register before 10/9/25
Late Rate: $700 – Register on and after 10/9/25

NON-MEMBER GUEST: 
A guest is a spouse/partner, not a co-worker or work colleague.
Early Bird Rate: $400– Register before 10/9/25
Late Rate: $500– Register on and after 10/9/25

REGISTRATION PAYMENT:
Registration fee must be paid in advance before registration will be confirmed. Online registration must be paid by credit card. SERC-NAHRO accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.   If you are paying by check, please print your online registration confirmation email, make your check out to SERC, INC, and mail these items to the following address:

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Written notice of cancellation must be postmarked by Tuesday, October 8, 2025, to receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No telephone cancellations will be honored. No Refunds after Tuesday, October 8, 2025, will be provided, and SERC-NAHRO does not issue credit toward future events or provide refunds for no-shows. Faxed cancellations after Tuesday, October 8, 2025, will not be accepted.

HOTEL INFORMATION

The Hyatt Regency Greenville is located at 220 North Main Street, Greenville, SC 29601.  Reservations will be accepted on a first-come/first-served basis until the room block is sold out.  The cut-off date for all reservations is October 9, 2025.

SERC-NAHRO ROOM RATE
The group rate is $172 per night for double occupancy and $182 for Triple/Quad Occupancy. To access the special rate, attendees must make reservations through the weblink provided in the 2025 Fall Workshop registration confirmation.

HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY
Register first, then reserve your room!  Fall Workshop registration is required prior to making a reservation in the SERC-NAHRO room block. Once your registration is confirmed, your registration confirmation will contain a weblink through which to reserve your hotel accommodations online in the SERC-NAHRO room block.  A credit card is required to make a reservation. *Any reservation in the SERC-NAHRO room block without a corresponding Fall Workshop registration will be canceled without notice.  Requests for reservations at the SERC-NAHRO group rate will be accepted for registered Fall Workshop attendees on a space available basis through October 9th or until the SERC-NAHRO room block is sold out, whichever comes first.  Rooms within the SERC-NAHRO room block are limited and first-come, first-served.
