This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit Qualification-Based Proposals for the purpose of entering into contracts through negotiations for the professional services of Legal Firms authorized to do business in the State of North Carolina.
It is the intention of the Housing Authority of the City of Wilmington, North Carolina to enter into an agreement with one or more qualified law firms to provide legal services on behalf of the Wilmington Housing Authority.
The RFQ packets will be available on our website at www.wha.net beginning Tuesday, January 6th.
WHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any information in the proposal process.
