2026 Fall Workshop

Dear SERC Members,

It is our pleasure to announce that registration is now open for the 2026 SERC Fall Workshop, which will be held at the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, Biloxi, Ms. from November 8-10, 2026.

We look forward to bringing together housing professionals, industry leaders, and community partners from across the states for an engaging and impactful event focused on learning, collaboration, and connection.

We encourage early registration, as both conference space and discounted hotel room rates are limited.

The 2026 SERC-NAHRO Fall Workshop will be held November 8 to November 10, at the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, Biloxi ,MS. Virtual participation will not be available.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION includes admission to all SERC-NAHRO sponsored conference events, including plenary and concurrent sessions; offered meals, breaks, some drinks, and receptions; and access to the YAPP conference app.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES:

MEMBER:  
Early Bird Rate: $550 – Register before 10/9/26
Late Rate: $650 – Register on and after 10/9/26

GUEST: 
A guest is a spouse/partner, not a co-worker or work colleague.
Early Bird Rate: $375 – Register before 10/9/26
Late Rate: $475– Register on and after 10/9/26

NON-MEMBER: 
Early Bird Rate: $600 – Register before 10/9/26
Late Rate: $700 – Register on and after 10/9/26

NON-MEMBER GUEST: 
A guest is a spouse/partner, not a co-worker or work colleague.
Early Bird Rate: $400– Register before 10/9/26
Late Rate: $500– Register on and after 10/9/26

REGISTRATION PAYMENT:
Registration fee must be paid in advance before registration will be confirmed. Online registration must be paid by credit card. SERC-NAHRO accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.   If you are paying by check, please print your online registration confirmation email, make your check out to SERC, INC, and mail these items to the following address:

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Written notice of cancellation must be postmarked by Tuesday, October 8, 2026, to receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No telephone cancellations will be honored. No Refunds after Tuesday, October 8, 2026, will be provided, and SERC-NAHRO does not issue credit toward future events or provide refunds for no-shows. Faxed cancellations after Tuesday, October 8, 2026, will not be accepted.

HOTEL INFORMATION

The Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, Biloxi, MS  is located at 875 Beach Boulevard, Biloxi, Mississippi, 39530.  Reservations will be accepted on a first-come/first-served basis until the room block is sold out.  The cut date for all reservations is Wednesday, October 14, 2026.

SERC-NAHRO ROOM RATE
The group rate is $204 per night. To access the special rate, attendees must make reservations through the weblink provided in the 2026 Fall Workshop registration confirmation. Rates are only good for Sunday through Tuesday.

HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY
Register first, then reserve your room!  Fall Workshop registration is required prior to making a reservation in the SERC-NAHRO room block. Once your registration is confirmed, your registration confirmation will contain a weblink through which to reserve your hotel accommodations online in the SERC-NAHRO room block.  A credit card is required to make a reservation. *Any reservation in the SERC-NAHRO room block without a corresponding Fall Workshop registration will be canceled without notice.  Requests for reservations at the SERC-NAHRO group rate will be accepted for registered Fall Workshop attendees on a space available basis through October 14th or until the SERC-NAHRO room block is sold out, whichever comes first.  Rooms within the SERC-NAHRO room block are limited and first-come, first-served.
