VAHCDO is sponsoring an online HCV and Public Housing Rent Calculation training through NanMcKay. Registration can be made through the VAHCDO website at: https://www.vahcdo.org/event-6551199 or by using the attached registration forms.
This training will teach rent calculation skills for both the public housing and housing choice voucher programs. HOTMA provisions implemented as of July 1, 2025 will be incorporated. All other materials will reflect current, pre-HOTMA requirements. Registration fee includes training, instructional materials, workbook, and Certificate of Completion. Please register and return payment no later than April 13, 2026.
