CKHA of Charleston WV is soliciting proposals and interest from qualified firms such as A&E. Proposals must be received at PO Box 86, Charleston, WV 25321 no later than 2:00 pm, December 20, 2019. Proposals received after that date will not be accepted. Proposals will be evaluated and rated in accordance with prescribed guidelines.
