The Housing Authority of the City of Louisville is now accepting applications for the position of Executive Director.
This is a highly responsible position that reports to a five member Board of Commissioners.
The Executive Director will be responsible for the financial and operational management of this public housing agency. The ability to work effectively with the public, staff, residents, and manage federal grants is essential and required.
All applicants must have basic computer skills and must agree to obtain a public housing manager certification from Nan McKay, NAHRO or NCHM within the first year of employment.
Experience in the administration of a public housing program, community development, or other public programs is desirable. Applicant should possess a degree from a four year accredited college or have a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
