REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
FEE ACCOUNTING SERVICES
The Housing Authority of the City of New Bern also known as New Bern Housing Authority (NBHA) is issuing a Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) for the services of a Fee Accountant for its Federally Subsidized Public Housing and Section 8 New Construction Programs. NBHA maintains 110 units of income-based public housing and 108 units of Section 8 New Construction. The agency utilizes Lindsey Software System.
Experience with Housing Authorities and US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements and regulations are required.
The RFQ can be obtained by visiting our office during regular business hours at 1307 Tatum Drive, New Bern, NC 28562. The RFQ is also available by request to Dee Meadows at dmeadows@newbernha.org.
