Cancellation & Refund Policy
Written notice of cancellation must be postmarked by September 25, 2026, to receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No telephone cancellations will be honored. No Refunds after September 25, 2026 will be provided, and SERC-NAHRO does not issue credit toward future events or provide refunds for no-shows. Faxed cancellations after September 25, 2026, will not be accepted.

The final session will combine the above three groups for a Fair Housing Pitfalls session for frontline staff.
