DUE TO THE CHANGES IN THE INSPECTION PROTOCAL AND ADDED PRESSURE BEING PUT ON INSPECTORS
USIG WILL BE CONDUCTING A THREE DAY REAC/UPCS INSPECTION CLASS WITH AN EXAM.
Overall scores have dropped an average of 10-15 points in 2018 & 2019 and high performer status is almost impossible to reach.
This class will provide excellent training for all of those involved in Public Housing. Housing Managers, Site managers, Maintenance Directors, Maintenance Mechanics, Inspectors and Executive Directors
