Request for Proposals
Tennessee Valley Housing Services (TVHS) will be accepting proposals from qualified, licensed and insured construction companies who desire to function as the Construction Contractor for the One Five Nine Apartments Renovation Project in Morristown, TN. For this purpose, TVHS is soliciting proposals from construction firms with recent, comparable experience as a Construction General Contractor, working under a guaranteed maximum price (GMP), and that are skilled in the renovation of multifamily developments with a similar size and complexity.
Proposals will be accepted until, 3:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, September 7, 2023. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at, 10:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 815 Tulip Street, Morristown, TN 37814. Tennessee Valley Housing Services reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in the RFP process.
