Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation operates multiple apartment complexes throughout Knoxville/Knox County. We are looking for five Maintenance Supervisors! Each will manage the ongoing maintenance projects and maintenance staff at one of our family-style housing developments. These are hands-on supervisors that may participate in the maintenance work in addition to the other duties.
The salary range is $40,000 to $50,000/year. Benefits include company contribution to the retirement plan, medical, dental and vision insurance, immediate leave accrual, uniforms, and annual boot allowance.
