President/CEO – Palatka, FL

The Palatka Housing Authority (PHA), located in North Central Florida,  is seeking a results-driven individual to serve as President/CEO.  This individual will provide leadership, vision, direction, and resources to the agency to ensure that the PHA achieves its mission.  PHA is recognized by HUD as a High Performing Agency, managing 440 public housing units, 340 HCV units, 9 Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) units, with 28 Authority-owned properties. This position is directly responsible to the Board of Commissioners for the overall administration and management of the agency.  A Master’s Degree in public administration, business administration, or related field and a minimum of five (5) years of senior-level management experience at a public housing authority or other public-sector entity is desired.  An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.  Salary Range: $80-$110K.  Putnam County residency and Florida Driver’s License to be obtained within six months of hire.  To apply:  Please email résumé, cover  letter, and five references to hr@palatkaha.org with ‘PHA President/CEO’ in the subject line.  Please do not contact Palatka Housing Authority directly.
